100pulse is going to complete its first year. Being at end of its 1st year, We  assure you it has grown up a lot both in terms of features and also expanding the users.

We like to announce proudly that 100pulse has added few more protocols monitoring services for your convenience. Already we had monitoring services for http, DNS server and Port monitoring.

Now 100pulse is been updated with monitoring services for few more protocols . They are

Protocol monitoring is an essential step towards commercialization of standards-based products. Thus newly updated 100pulse will offer you with best performance and availability monitoring for your above targeted protocols as its been providing before.

Now the default email alert template was updated with new features. Now we added two new tags with the available list. The available tags are as follow

To monitor more number of websites, DNS and/port user should make payment. In default we are giving two website credit for free with a limited features. To use our complete feature like monitoring at 5 minute interval,  monitor more websites, server monitoring (monitor DNS, ports), Customizing email alerts.

If you want to make payments Just login for your account just click login to your account and click at  “Account” tab on that click Purchase Website credit. Enter the total no.of website+port+DNS you want to monitor. For example you want to monitor 2 servers (2 port on the first server,1 dns on first server, 3 ports on second server and 1 dns on the second server ) you will need 2 + 1 + 3 + 1 = 7 ports in total.

HTTP Monitoring:

We are getting values like website,monitoring frequency, notification types(up,down,both) report type(Daily, Weekly, monthly), Email and SMS contact to be notified when site goes down. We will start monitoring the website when user add their website in the specified monitoring frequency. While monitoring website we will check the HTTP response code of the website you provided for more details please refer Status code details . Whenever your website goes down we will send alert to the contact which you have choose . The contact  can be either email contact or  a SMS contact.

Port Monitoring:

We are getting values like domain name,port number,monitoring frequency, notification types(up,down,both) report type(Daily, Weekly, monthly), Email and SMS contact to be notified when site goes down. We will start monitoring the port of your domain when user add their website in the specified monitoring frequency. While monitoring port of your domain we will check the Port’s status . Whenever we can’t connect with the port will send alert to the contact which you have choose . The contact  can be either email contact or  a SMS contact.

DNS Server Monitoring:

We are getting values like domain name,IP Address, port number(optional), monitoring frequency, notification types(up,down,both) report type(Daily, Weekly, monthly), Email and SMS contact to be notified when site goes down. We will start monitoring the DNS by checking wither the domain name serve from the specified IP address. When it is changes we will notify you by either email and/or SMS.

Just monitoring your website is fine. But how accessible the alerts are is important whenever your website is in trouble or down. We Already enabled instant notifications through Email, igoogle gadget, RSS feed for both free as well as paid users.
Now we have added SMS notification. Through this feature users can get Instant alerts through SMS and currently we have enabled only across India, soon we will get sms alerts world wide. This will help users to know their status of website/Port/DNS, on-the-go. To receive sms alerts you may purchase SMS credit through paypal.

We provide sms alerts through clickatell.
